I am old!?!?

Maybe Diana got me thinking about it after I read her post from the 4th of July...Or maybe I am getting paranoid about turning 30 in about 2.5 months, or maybe the fact that all of our friends are having babies...Who knows what is going on, but over the weekend when Geoff and I had dinner at Joel's Grill in Moorseville, and I didn't get carded, I started to think that I was getting old...not just getting old, but I must be looking old as well. I usually only get carded about 50% of the time, and it has never bothered me before, but when I saw 2 girls at the end of the bar who I thought looked like they were my age get carded, that was it. I knew it....I am old and I am loosing touch with reality, because obviously the bartender thought I looked older than them! It was a small slap in the face, but the 10 minutes of depression was totally worth it when our sushi arrived, it was just as wonderful as it alwasys is! Hopefully Joel's will never change.
